Born in 1970. Graduated in Agricultural Sciences, from the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco and Master in Investment Strategy and Internationalization, from the Instituto Superior de Gestão, Lisbon. Postgraduate in Governance and Regional and Local Development.
Between 2009 and 2017 he was president of the Board of Petiz – Cultural and Educational Association to Support Children, Lourinhã.
He was also Treasurer of GEAL – Museu da Lourinhã between 2007 and 2008.
Since October 2017, he has been a councilor for the Municipality of Lourinhã with delegated powers in the areas of Tourism and Competitiveness, Administrative Modernization, Environment, Coastal Management and Contract Management.
